      Mark Russo has been tattooing since 2012. He is well versed in many different styles of tattooing both in color and black and grey. Mark has won many awards to include 1st best leg sleeve at the All American Tattoo Convention, 2nd best lettering at Villain Arts Baltimore Tattoo Convention 2017, and 3rd realistic at Ray Price Bike Fest 2018 to name a few. He is more than capable to meet your tattooing needs, and looks forward to doing so.
